Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") sets out how the website https://harmonia-b2b.com, the customer console https://app.harmonia-b2b.ru and the player apps (together, the "Service") may be used. The Service is operated by Adekom PromMash LLP (the "Company").

This Policy is part of the agreement made under our Terms of Service (the "Terms") and applies to everyone who uses the Service. If this Policy conflicts with the Terms, the Terms prevail.

1. Access to the Service

1.1. Application. To use the Service, a business submits an application on the website. Our team reviews it and, if approved, sends log-in details to the email address in the application. By using the Service, you accept the Terms, the Privacy Policy and this Policy.

1.2. Keeping access secure. Keep your log-in details and access to your email inbox secure, and do not share log-in links or credentials with anyone outside your business. All actions in your account are treated as your own.

1.3. Recovering access. If you lose access to your account email, contact support@harmonia-b2b.com. We may ask for documents that confirm you represent the business that owns the account.

2. Using the Service

2.1. Purpose. The Service is designed for playing background music in commercial venues (cafes, restaurants, stores, hotels, salons, gyms, clinics, offices and similar places) on the conditions set out in the Terms.

3. Customer console

3.1. In the console you can:

3.2. Accurate information. Keep the information in your console accurate and up to date. If something changes (for example, your company details or the list of locations and zones), update it in the console within 5 business days.

4. Prohibited actions

4.1. When using the Service, you must not:

4.1.1. Share access: give third parties access to your account, or share one account between several companies or sole proprietors.

4.1.2. Extract content: download, copy, record or upload tracks from our catalog anywhere else, use them in videos, ads, podcasts or broadcasts, or bypass technical protection measures.

4.1.3. Reverse engineer: decompile, disassemble or modify the player or other Company software, or try to obtain its source code.

4.1.4. Play outside music through the player: use the player to publicly play music that is not part of our catalog, including by uploading music tracks as audio ads to get around the Terms.

4.1.5. Break security: scrape the Service with automated requests, create excessive load, attempt to hack it or exploit vulnerabilities.

4.1.6. Play in undeclared places: play the catalog in locations that are not declared in your console, or stream it online or to places other than your venues.

4.1.7. Get around the Terms: create multiple accounts to avoid pricing rules, under-report the number of locations or zones, or take other steps to get around the Terms.

4.1.8. Upload unlawful audio: upload audio ads or announcements that you do not have the rights to, or that break advertising or other laws where they are played.

4.2. If you break these rules, we may suspend access, revoke license certificates or end the agreement as described in the Terms.

Response time is the time to the first reply from our team. The time to fully resolve a request depends on its complexity.

6. Availability and backups

6.1. Availability. We aim to keep the Service available at least 99% of the time in each calendar month, on the conditions set out in section 7 of the Terms.

6.2. Backups. We regularly back up customer settings (playlists, schedules, location and zone setup).

6.3. If data is lost through our fault, we will restore it from backups. Data may be restored to the state of the last backup, usually no more than 24 hours old.

6.4. We cannot guarantee recovery of data you deleted yourself.

7. Changes and updates to the Service

7.1. We keep developing the Service: adding features and new music, and improving the interface.

7.2. We announce significant changes in advance through the console, by email or on the website.

7.3. Maintenance that requires a short interruption is usually done during low-traffic hours and is announced in advance. In an emergency, work may be done without prior notice.

8. Changes to this Policy

8.1. We may update this Policy. The new version takes effect when it is published on the website.

8.2. For significant changes, we will also notify customers through the console or by email.
