In the console
- Open Locations and click the venue.
- On the “Overview” tab, under the Now playing block, there are three buttons: Back, Pause (or Resume) and Next.
- Press the one you need: the track in the venue changes almost immediately. There is no separate message, the new track simply starts playing.
In the app
In the Harmonia for Business app the location card has the same buttons under “Now playing”: back, pause and forward. The sound changes where the player is, and the phone itself may stay silent.
- The remote controls whichever player is playing at the venue right now: a browser tab or a phone with the app.
- A pause is kept even if the player restarts. It is lifted with the “Resume” button.
- An ad clip cannot be skipped with the remote. Playlist and volume are changed in the location settings and in the schedule.
Says “Player offline”? The player tab is closed or the device has no internet. Open the player again or refresh its tab, and the remote will work in a few seconds. A tab that says “Already playing in another tab” stays silent because that venue is already playing in another tab.
