What you need: a location in the console, a free screen slot on your plan (screens are an add-on to the music subscription, ask us for the current price) and a TV with a browser and internet. The owner adds screens: “Billing” → “Change plan”, the “Screens” row.
Set up a screen
- Open Screens and on the row of the location you need click + Screen.
- Give it a name and choose how the TV is mounted: landscape (16:9) or portrait (9:16).
- Choose a template for your venue: coffee shop, restaurant, bakery, bar, salon, spa, fitness, shop, promotions. Or start from a blank sheet.
- In the editor adjust the prices and text, add a logo, a ticker, a clock or “Now playing” with the name of the track playing in the venue.
- On the Slides and animation step set how long each slide stays and how it appears, then click Publish to screen.
- On the When to show step you can show a slide only at certain hours: breakfast until 12:00, cocktails after 18:00.
Connect the TV
- On the TV open app.harmonia-b2b.ru/tv in the browser. Six digits appear on the screen.
- In the console, in the Screen connection block, enter this code. After a few seconds you will see “Done: the TV is showing a slide”.
- The TV gets new slides by itself, about ten seconds after you publish.
- Your own images: JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 12 MB. Video: MP4, MOV or WebM up to 100 MB.
- For a new location you can copy screens from another venue: the slides carry over, and the TVs are connected again with a code.
- A separate certificate for screens is not needed: a screen shows a picture without sound, and the music in the venue is covered by the location’s certificate. Do not show other people’s films, video clips or TV channels through screens.
TV shows “offline”? Check that it is on, that the /tv address is open and that a sleep timer has not kicked in. If the code did not work, refresh the page on the TV and enter the new one. No time to build slides? Use the “Our designer will build your menu or screen in 24 hours” request in the “Screens” section. With screenshots in the guide, pricing in pricing.
